Job summary

LGBT Foundation is seeking a Grants & Contracts Manager to lead funding applications and manage contract compliance across grants and contracts from local to national levels. The role involves overseeing project initiation for new funding and funder stewardship, with responsibility for key online systems including Salesforce.

The post reports to the Head of Contract Development and is based in Manchester, with a focus on ensuring robust fundraising targets and governance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience researching and submitting major funding applications to statutory sources and trusts.
• Ability to lead contract compliance across grants and contracts and manage project initiation for funding.
• Familiarity with online fundraising platforms and donor/funder stewardship.

LGBT Foundation is an impactful, vibrant charity with a wide portfolio of established and developing services focused on improving the health, wellbeing and equality of LGBTQ+ people.

Key Role Accountabilities Include

• Researching, writing and submitting major funding applications to statutory sources and Trusts and Foundations, at either a local, regional or national level.
• Leading on contract compliance across all grants and contracts, including leading project initiation processes for new funding, funder stewardship, overseeing management of online systems (e.g. Salesforce, online fundraising platforms), and ownership of relevant fundraising targets.
