Job summary

Agincare in Grantham is seeking Bank Support Workers to help individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs live independently in their own homes and community. Various shifts including full-time, part-time and bank roles are available in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

You will be part of a compassionate team delivering person-centred outcomes, with opportunities for training and progression within a family-run care provider that values equal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months on your right to work.
• Full time, part time & bank roles available.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging people to participate in communities to promote independence.
• Support activities of daily living: personal care, routines, meals, budgeting.
• Communicate effectively using people’s preferred methods.
• Engage to enhance quality of life for those we support.
• Specialise in providing positive behavioral support when needed.
• Record and report changes in health or circumstances to management.
• Work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
