We have clusters of nurseries seeking GrandFlex employees to join our team. You’ll be caring for, supporting, and meeting the needs of our children.

What will you be doing:

• Provide a positive role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained
• Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
• Supervise and support children at all times
• Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
• Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
• Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
• Ensure adherence to policy, procedures, and operational changes within the required timescale
• Ensure practice and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Notify your line manager of any concerns regarding policies, procedures, or practices
• Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
• Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
• Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and undertake training as required
