What will you be doing:

• Acting as a positive role model to uphold Grandir UK values
• Ensuring equal access and opportunity for staff, parents, and children
• Supervising and supporting children at all times
• Maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
• Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
• Reading, understanding, and implementing company policies and procedures
• Adhering to updates in policies and practices within required timescales
• Ensuring nursery practices meet the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
• Reporting concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
• Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
• Respecting confidentiality where appropriate
• Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as needed
