Responsibilities:

• Provide positive role modeling to uphold Grandir UK values
• Ensure equal access and opportunities for staff, parents, and children
• Supervise and support children at all times
• Maintain an attractive and welcoming environment
• Assist in preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
• Read, understand, and implement all company policies and procedures
• Adhere to updates in policies and practices within set timescales
• Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
• Report concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
• Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
• Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
• Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
