Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing positive role modeling to uphold Grandir UK values
  • Ensuring equal access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervising and supporting children at all times
  • Maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Following all company policies, procedures, and practices
  • Adhering to changes in policies within the required timescales
  • Meeting the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Reporting concerns about policies and practices to your line manager
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and confidentiality
  • Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training
