City St George’s, University of London is recruiting for a Graduation and Awards Administrator to support award and certificate processes and graduation planning. The role involves maintaining accurate student records, managing enquiries, and coordinating communications and bookings, with collaborative work across the university.
The role is hybrid, with more on-site presence during January and July ceremonies, and peak production periods.

Registry Services, within Academic Services, is creating a new Graduation and Awards team focused on the administration of awards, certificates and graduation ceremonies. Working closely with colleagues in Student Records, Schools and the Events Team, the Graduation and Awards Administrator will support the delivery of key student lifecycle activities, ensuring accurate record management and providing excellent service to students and staff.
Provide administrative support for award and certificate processes, maintain accurate student records and support graduation planning and delivery. Manage enquiries, coordinate graduation communications and bookings, identify and resolve routine record discrepancies, and ensure processes are applied consistently. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the University to support the successful delivery of graduation and awards activities.
You will have experience providing accurate administrative support within a busy environment and delivering excellent customer service. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to fixed deadlines are essential. You will be an effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and students, manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records while complying with relevant policies and procedures.
Whilst this role is hybrid, there is a more frequent amount of on-site present required during the planning and running of graduation ceremonies, currently held in January and July each year. Peak certificate production periods throughout the year will also require being on-site more frequently.
