Job summary

Arup in the UK is offering a graduate opportunity within our water team, focusing on restoring rivers and coastlines with resilient clean water infrastructure. From day one you will join an integrated team of engineers, hydraulic modellers and environmental scientists.

You will work on data-heavy analysis, develop solutions, and collaborate across disciplines, with opportunities to learn and progress toward professional membership.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil, Integrated or Environmental Engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; interest in Python, FME GIS and data management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and problem solving: assess large datasets, surveys and models with contractors.
• Develop and appraise options through calculations, sketches and technical drawings.
• Collaborate and communicate within multidisciplinary teams; review designs.
• Maintain records of meetings, reports and design decisions with data management.
