Job summary

Arcadis is a global engineering and consultancy firm running a two-year Graduate GROW programme. You will join as an engineer, specialise in your discipline, and work on client engagements in the UK with potential international exposure.

You will develop core engineering and consulting techniques, supported by a structured graduate cohort experience and guidance from managers to progress toward chartered status.

Qualifications

• Graduate in 2027 or recently in 2025/2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• Arcadian skills: resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working embraced).

Responsibilities

• Design of new substructures and superstructures of different types and materials.
• Assessment of existing structures and review of contractor or external proposals.
• Coordination with other disciplines and site visits.
• Help manage projects and their costs within the structural team.
