Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree
• Demonstrate Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working embraced where possible)

Responsibilities

• Support project controls activities including data gathering, management and analysis to forecast time and cost outcomes
• Contribute to client engagements and project work while developing professional skills and business acumen
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure clear direction and enable effective decision making
