As a Graduate Project Manager you will support planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management across infrastructure, buildings and environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes

Qualifications

Graduating in 2027 or recently in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
Demonstrate Arcadian skills: resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders with technical knowledge.
Willing to travel and stay away from home when required; virtual working embraced where possible.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of project management across infrastructure, buildings, water and environment.
Assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting and monitoring progress.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
Help identify risks and support mitigation to deliver projects successfully.
