Job summary

Prime Appointments Ltd in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, UK, is seeking a Graduate Customer Support Engineer to help ensure customer satisfaction and support our industry-leading products from installation to maintenance. You will collaborate with R&D and engineering teams as a trusted technical partner, solving varied technical questions and building long-term client relationships.

The role offers a solid induction, mentorship, and wellbeing support, with a starting salary of £29,000 per year plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related technical field).
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Python, LabVIEW).
Analytical mindset with strong communication and customer empathy.

Responsibilities

Technical troubleshooting for installation, configuration and maintenance of products.
Escalate complex issues to Product Owners or Engineering teams as needed.
Document customer interactions in Salesforce ServiceCloud and author knowledge-base articles.
Deliver technical training and build strong customer relationships.
Provide feedback from customers to R&D for product enhancements.
Meet or exceed SLAs through timely, clear communication.
