Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to external customers across a broad range of products.
• Deliver training and guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Assist sales, engineering, and marketing with product understanding and support.
• Prepare and review technical documentation and manuals.
• Generate monthly activity reports for the global support manager.
• Liaise with internal departments and distributors to resolve issues.
