Automation Experts in Plymouth is seeking a Graduate Technical Sales Engineer to join a small, high-performing Business Development team. You will drive the customer journey from understanding requirements and quoting to demonstrations and commissioning, blending engineering know-how with commercial flair.

The role suits recent graduates or those with some sales experience, offering hands-on product costings, CAD-based diagrams, and close collaboration with engineering to develop practical

Qualifikationen

Experience in technical sales or sales engineering, or recently graduated with an engineering degree.
Commercial awareness with a practical, hands-on approach.
Confident with CAD and able to interpret technical data.

Aufgaben

Produce costings and quotations from Bills of Materials
Speak with customers to understand applications and requirements
Create CAD-based process diagrams to demonstrate equipment capabilities
Support spare parts quotations and sales orders
Work with Engineering and technical teams to develop solutions
Progress towards customer demonstrations and commissioning
Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business development
