Job summary

Rentokil Initial is offering an Operations and Management Graduate Program at our Cwmbran branch. Start as a Service Team Leader, managing a team of Customer Delivery Representatives and reporting to the Service Centre Manager.

You will drive KPIs across health and safety, service levels, and vehicle maintenance while planning routes to maximise customer time. The role includes graduate development days and exposure to various business areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA (any subject; business/logistics/management preferred but not required).
• Full UK driving licence or progress towards one.
• Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in the field and with customers face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Delivery Representatives and report to the Service Centre Manager.
• Plan routes weekly to maximise customer-facing time and minimise driving time.
• Debrief daily with direct reports to ensure planned works are completed and re-planned as needed.
• Ensure health and safety, service KPIs and vehicle maintenance targets are met.
• Provide clear customer service expectations to drivers and support the service management team.
