Teaching Personnel invites graduates to gain real classroom experience in Manchester and surrounding areas. Starting in November, you will join a school on a full-time basis, working with experienced teachers to understand daily life in education.

You could be placed as a Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or classroom support, depending on the school and experience. You will be paid while gaining valuable experience.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate seeking classroom experience.
• Interest in education and working with young people.
• No prior teaching experience required.
• Willingness to learn behaviour management and lesson planning.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the classroom and help them stay engaged with their learning.
• Work alongside experienced teachers and education staff.
• Build your confidence working with young people.
