Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Manchester secondary schools. These full-time, short-term and daily roles provide valuable classroom experience for graduates aiming to become teachers or pursue SEN, psychology or education-related paths.

Successful candidates will work with students 1:1 or in small groups, assist classroom teachers and help maintain a positive learning environment across a range of subjects.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a genuine passion for working with young people.
• Experience supporting students is desirable but not required.
• Willing to learn and adapt in secondary school settings.

Responsibilities

• Support students academically across the curriculum.
• Work with students 1:1 and in small groups.
• Support students with SEN or learning needs.
