• Supporting students academically across the curriculum in a secondary school setting.
• Working with students 1:1 and in small groups.
• Assisting class teachers with activities and learning.
• Helping students stay engaged and focused during lessons.
• Providing extra guidance to students who need it.
• Building positive relationships with students and staff.
• Supporting the school’s positive learning environment and behaviour expectations.
