Responsibilities

• Supporting students academically across the curriculum.
• Working with students 1:1 and in small groups.
• Supporting students who may have SEN or additional learning needs.
• Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and learning.
• Helping students remain engaged and focused during lessons.
• Providing additional support to students who require extra guidance.
• Building positive and professional relationships with students.
• Supporting the school in maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Following and reinforcing the school's behaviour policy and expectations.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
