Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting graduates to support pupils with SEND in Sunderland. The role is full‑time, term-time only, with options for permanent progression. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils with Autism, SEMH and ADHD to engage, learn and achieve their personal goals.

The position runs 8:30am–3:30pm or 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, starting September 2026. A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills are essential, with experience with

Qualifications

• Degree in English, Criminology or related subject.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for supporting children and young people.
• Experience with children is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
