Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a calm SEND support professional to work 1:1 with pupils in a Sunderland secondary school. You will closely monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet each pupil's needs.

You will collaborate with the class teacher and SEND team to deliver personalised learning, support social and communication development, and help create a safe, structured learning environment for pupils with autism and additional needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism and additional needs.
• Patience, empathy, and a steady presence in the classroom.
• Ability to adapt quickly and provide consistent support.
