• Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities across secondary subjects.
• Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning.

• Help maintain a positive classroom environment and support behaviour policies.
• Provide guidance to students needing help understanding tasks.
• Prepare learning materials and assist with classroom organisation.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Support students' academic progress, confidence and personal development.
• Help ensure lessons are accessible and inclusive for diverse learners.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and promote student welfare.
