Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Teaching Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide general classroom support across a range of subjects at secondary level.
• Support teachers with engaging and effective lessons.
• Work with individual students and small groups needing additional support.
• Help students stay focused, engaged and motivated during lessons.
• Support students with varying abilities and learning needs.
• Assist with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour.
• Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials.
