Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students as needed.
• Help students understand tasks, stay focused, and participate in class.
• Help with classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
• Build positive relationships to foster confidence and motivation.
• Assist with preparing classroom resources and learning materials.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with school staff to meet each learner's needs.
• Follow school safeguarding, behaviour and health and safety policies.
• Supervise students during lessons and activities when required.
