About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both in and out of the classroom, working closely with teaching staff to promote a positive and productive learning environment. The role involves assisting pupils with a range of needs, including those who may exhibit challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students

• Build positive relationships with students to support engagement and learning

• Help maintain a calm and respectful classroom atmosphere

• Work collaboratively with staff to address individual learning and behavioural needs

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A university degree (essential)
