Location: Secondary Schools across Manchester
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Long-term, short-term and flexible roles available
Salary: Competitive - dependent on experience

Are you a recent UK Psychology graduate with a passion for inclusive education? Do you want to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people facing social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges?

Secondary schools across Manchester are seeking Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistants to support students academically and emotionally, helping them overcome barriers and thrive in a supportive environment.

About the Role:
Support students with SEMH needs in both group settings and on a 1:1 basis
Assist in delivering tailored learning programmes and emotional regulation strategies
Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and self-esteem
Help create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to ensure every child is supported

What We're Looking For:
A recent UK Psychology graduate (or related field)
Experience working with children/young people with SEMH needs
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Passionate about education and making a difference
Able to commit to a role from September 2025
A DBS registered to the Update Service
Able to provide references covering the last 2 years
