Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant - Foundation Stage

Location: Oldham

Salary: £450 - £500 per week, depending on experience and qualifications

The School and Role

Are you a warm, nurturing individual with a love for learning? We are seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to work within the Early Years Foundation Stage. Your role will involve observing, playing, and adapting activities and the environment to support children's development.

The working pattern for Early Years Practitioners is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, during term time only.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience or confidence working with children
• A good understanding of the National Curriculum framework or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals
• A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs
• A positive, patient, and compassionate approach, with a dedication to professional development
