Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Morecambe and the Lancaster area. You will gain valuable experience working with pupils, with paid induction and ongoing consultant support to help you develop toward teacher training or related education roles.

We welcome graduates from Psychology, English, Maths, Science, Sport, Performing Arts, Criminology or other relevant subjects.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a strong academic record
• No extensive teaching experience required but a passion for education
• Proactive attitude, reliability and willingness to train

Responsibilities

• Support pupils academically and pastorally in primary settings
• Assist class teachers with daily activities and supervision
• Attend induction, shadowing and training sessions
• Work across Morecambe and Lancaster area schools
