Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Garstang and the wider Wyre area. This is an excellent start for graduates aiming for teacher training, educational psychology, or SEN support, with full-time or flexible options.

You will gain hands-on experience supporting pupils academically and pastorally, with access to paid induction, training, and ongoing consultant support.

Qualifications

• Degree in one of the listed subjects or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in education and supporting pupils.
• Willingness to participate in a school induction and training.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils academically and pastorally under supervision.
