Teaching Personnel is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated primary SEN school in Bury. You will work closely with teachers to support pupils with autism, SEMH, SLCN and other needs, both one-to-one and in small groups, helping learners access lessons and achieve targets.

Are you a graduate with experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Are you looking to gain specialist school-based experience while making a genuine difference to the lives of pupils with additional needs?

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary SEN school in Bury. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, or other child-centred professions.

About the Role

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of additional learning needs. You will help create a positive and structured learning environment, enabling pupils to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

The role will involve supporting pupils on both a one-to-one basis and within small groups, helping them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual targets.
