Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Bromsgrove. This full-time position starts immediately and involves supporting pupils across the primary age range, including those with SEND.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, with a pay rate of £14.25 per hour. A degree and DBS check are required, and you will work with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable school-based experience before pursuing a career in teaching, educational psychology, social care, or child development? Axcis Education is currently recruiting for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Bromsgrove. This is a full-time role beginning immediately. This role provides an excellent introduction to the education sector and offers hands-on experience supporting children across the primary age range, including pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm. Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour.

Role Overview

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers and wider school staff to support pupils in reaching their academic, social, and emotional goals. You will play an important role in helping create a positive and engaging learning environment.
