Graduate Teaching Assistant – Start Your Career in Education!
Location:Bradford
Contract: Full-Time | Term-Time | Long-Term and Short-Term Roles Available
Salary: £90 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / September Start Available
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and working with children? Looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before starting teacher training or a PGCE?
The Education Network is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore a career in education, develop valuable classroom experience, and make a genuine impact.

The Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to:
  • Support pupils’ learning on a one-to-one or group basis
  • Assist in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Provide classroom support across a range of subjects and key stages
  • Help manage pupil behaviour and encourage positive learning environments
  • Support children with special educational needs (optional SEN focus available)
What We’re Looking For:
  • A degree in any subject (Education, Psychology, English, or Science desirable but not essential)
  • A passion for education and working with young people
  • A proactive, flexible, and confident approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
