Job summary

BMT is seeking a Graduate Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering Capability in the UK. This hybrid role can be based in Bath, Bristol, London or Fareham, with regular travel to customer sites and BMT offices.

You will be mentored and trained to develop toward professional registration and INCOSE certification. The two-year graduate programme offers structured training, buddy support, and a path to becoming a registered engineer while delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions

Qualifications

• A relevant engineering degree such as Systems Engineering, Design Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Interest in developing and working within the Systems Engineering domain including Model Based Systems Engineering.
• Commitment to professional registration and delivering high-quality client service.
