You’ll rotate through Asset Lifecycle Services and work on real projects across markets, guided by experienced engineers and a dedicated mentor.

We value STEM graduates with curiosity and a proactive mindset, and we support flexible and hybrid working with travel to client sites and offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Relevant STEM degree in mechanical, aeronautical, systems, electronic engineering or related field.
• Interest in Chartered status and willingness to pursue mentorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across UK offices and sites.
• Experience with numerical/statistical analysis and tools (e.g., MS Excel/Access, SQL) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and enhance long-term outcomes of engineered solutions.
• Apply supportability, reliability, availability, and environmental protection techniques.
• Perform through-life cost analysis and obsolescence risk assessments.
• Collaborate across UK offices and client sites.
