Job summary

Leonardo is offering a 12/18-month Graduate Programme in Luton for Systems Engineers. You will contribute to the design and development of EW capabilities, work across architecture and concept designs, and participate in live trials with customers and end-users.

A starting salary of £34,000 plus a £1,000 welcome bonus and potential £1,000 exit bonus awaits successful applicants. On joining, you’ll work on diverse EW projects, with on-site learning three days per week and access to development

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelors/Integrated Master’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• Understanding of mathematics to A-Level standard and basic electronics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop system architectures and concept designs for EW capability.
• Perform lifecycle stages from requirements to live trials with customers.
• Collaborate with engineers across disciplines to solve complex problems.
• Contribute to engineering process improvements and best practices.
