Job summary

Gerrell & Hard Ltd. in Farnborough invites applications for a Graduate Software Quality Assurance Engineer. This full-time, on-site role supports a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver high-quality software for innovative products.

You'll design and maintain manual test cases, review requirements, track defects, and report results. A degree in a software-related field is required; ISTQB or testing knowledge is desirable. UK residency and security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Alternatively, a degree in Engineering, Physics or another STEM subject with a strong interest in software quality.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies (Desirable).
• ISTQB Foundation certification or willingness to work towards it (Desirable).
