Graduate Sustainability Manager, Overbury

Location: London

Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking for a Graduate Sustainability Manager, who is wanting to move into a site and office based graduate position. The role will report into the Head of Sustainability and would be responsible for supporting our project teams and learning from the wider sustainability team across the business.

Responsibilities of the role;

• Supporting the project teams in delivering specific environmental requirements and upholding our internal standards through recording metrics around waste, materials, energy and site environmental management.
• Collation of evidence to demonstrate compliance with the environmental and wellbeing certification schemes.
• Chasing, reviewing and filling of materials’ environmental credentials.
• Working with our supply chain partners to ensure they are doing what they need to do to support the delivery of the clients’ high environmental and wellbeing aspirations.

This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme).

Our Foundation Programme

The Foundation Programme provides a rounded perspective of our business via additional training, rotations and mentoring. It is important to get to know us, our people and how we work.

The programme is driven by a structured training curriculum designed to develop business, technical and behavioural skills. The training sessions give a deeper understanding of how we operate as a business. Additionally, you gain responsibility as part of the team, build your network whilst receiving the necessary developmental support.

Upon completion of the Foundation Programme, you will go on to develop and grow your career with us – the development and progression opportunities do not start or end with the programme.

You will have a dedicated mentor who will share their knowledge and experiences whilst having reviews with the Early Careers Manager and your mentor every 6 months for the duration of the programme.
