Job summary

Colliers UK is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to support a major corporate real estate portfolio across a national programme. You will provide cost management, governance and value delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Working with project managers, consultants and contractors, you will deliver pre- and post-contract QS services, manage cost plans, procurement and contracts, and contribute to cost optimisation across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is mandatory.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline required.
• Consultancy experience in real estate/construction or property sector desired.
• Experience delivering corporate occupier, commercial office, workplace, fit-out or refurbishment projects preferred.
• Strong cost planning, procurement and contract administration knowledge.
• Experience in large-scale corporate real estate programmes preferred.
• Familiarity with JCT and NEC contract forms.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities; excellent client-facing communication.

Job Description

Our Occupier Services team is experiencing significant growth, and we are looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to support the delivery of a major corporate real estate portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering innovative workplace, refurbishment and capital projects across a national programme.

The Role

As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial and cost management expertise across a diverse range of corporate workplace and commercial real estate projects.

Working closely with project managers, consultants, contractors and client stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring robust cost control, commercial governance and value delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

This role would suit an established MRICS professional looking to further develop their career within a client-focused, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
