Leonardo UK Ltd. is offering a 12-month Graduate Programme in Southampton for graduates aiming to become leading technical or business professionals. The programme starts with a salary of £34,000 per annum plus a £1,000 welcome bonus and a potential £1,000 exit bonus on completion, with a chance of a Temporary Accommodation Allowance based on criteria.

We encourage spending at least three days on site weekly to integrate with the team and maximise learning.

Formación

• 2:2 Bachelor’s or Integrated Master’s degree or higher.
• Eligible disciplines include Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Mathematical Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the Lead Supportability Engineer and deliver a wide range of Supportability Engineering tasks for UK projects.
• Assist with analysis, preparation and delivery of Supportability activities with a focus on Supportability Analysis across EW and FCA lines of business.
• Develop supervisory skills through training and mentoring and take ownership of work packages including planning and scheduling.
