Job summary

Thales is offering a 2027 Supportability Engineering Graduate programme in the UK. The 3-year scheme includes rotations across business units, a structured learning pathway, and sponsorship by the Engineering Leadership team.

You will start on 6 September 2027, with a salary of £34,000 per annum and a 37-hour week. The programme supports rotation, development, and security clearances as required for UK roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (Aero/Aerospace, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mathematics, Physics, Through Life Support Engineering or related) or equivalent.
• Open to other STEM degrees with relevance; graduate-level entry.
• Programme designed for individuals at the start of their professional career.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Rotate in Year 3 across different business units or external secondments with Thales partners.
• Complete a core training pathway focusing on transversal skills.
• Develop key engineering skills, knowledge and competencies.
• Work in a set location and domain for the duration of the scheme to understand how the Engineering Function operates.
• Work on exciting new and existing Thales products.
• Build a professional network across the organisation.
