Mondelēz International is offering a Finance Graduate program in the UK, designed to develop future leaders. Over three years you will rotate across our UK sites, taking on real responsibilities with direct guidance from managers and mentors, while pursuing professional qualifications such as CIMA/ACCA.

The program provides on-the-job training, formal lessons, and opportunities to work with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing & Operations, and Projects. A strong learner with initiative will fit well.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work across our Finance team in rotations at UK sites to gain breadth and depth of knowledge.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing & Operations, and with Financial Control, Accounting and Projects.
