Job summary

Arcadis invites graduates to join its two-year GROW Programme in the UK. You will contribute to real client engagements from day one, specialising in your engineering discipline while building technical and business acumen.

You will be mentored, supported to become chartered, and work on diverse projects from £5M to £1,000M across the UK and Europe. You will graduate in 2027 or have recently completed 2025/2026 with a 2:2 in Structural or Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
• Demonstrates resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support design and engineering activities on Water Structures projects.
• Develop and apply sustainable design solutions within an integrated team.
• Collaborate with professionals across UK and international projects.
• Progress towards chartered status through structured graduate training.
