Job summary

Arcadis in the UK invites you to join the two-year GROW Programme, supporting your transition from student to professional. You will contribute to client work and real projects from day one, while building technical expertise and business acumen through focused graduate training.

You’ll work on bridge and civil structures within highways and rail, undertaking feasibility studies, design and site supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduating in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrates resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home (virtual working embraced where possible).

Responsibilities

• Undertake feasibility studies and design on bridge and civil structures projects in highways and rail.
• Contribute to site supervision and delivery on client projects.
• Develop first-class digital and sustainable solutions for clients.
• Collaborate in teams of varying sizes across diverse projects (HS2, Lower Thames Crossing, etc.).
