Job summary

Arcadis is seeking graduates for its two-year GROW Programme in civil and structural engineering. You will join client projects from day one, developing technical expertise while building business acumen through cohort training.

You will be mentored, encouraged to seek opportunities, and supported to become a technical expert across highways, water, rail, and energy sectors in the UK and beyond. Graduates will gain hands-on experience, contribute to innovative designs, and learn about project

Qualifications

Demonstrates resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Willing to travel and stay away from home as required; site-based working when needed.
Graduating in 2027 or recently in 2025/2026 with at least a 2:2 in related degree.
Open to roles across highways, energy, water, and rail sectors within Arcadis GROW programme.

Responsibilities

Support construction and design activities using engineering software.
Work with multidisciplinary teams on local and international projects.
Develop core engineering and consulting techniques for professional qualification.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver safe, sustainable infrastructure solutions.
