Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated graduate engineer to join our two-year GROW programme in the UK. You will work on client engagements and projects from day one, developing technical expertise while building business acumen through cohort training.

You will specialise in structural or civil engineering, with opportunities to collaborate across international projects and mentors to accelerate your development toward Chartered Engineer status.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• You will demonstrate Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements and project work as part of the Graduate GROW Programme.
• Develop core engineering and consulting techniques for UK and international projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentors to accelerate development towards Chartered Engineer status.
