Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently in 2025/2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
• Demonstrates Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design of substructures and superstructures for various projects.
• Assess existing structures and review proposals from contractors or external consultants.
• Coordinate with disciplines, perform site visits, and assist in project cost management.
