Responsibilities

• Support on-the-job learning in structural analysis and design across various materials.

Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Structural Engineer at Ridge you will benefit from on-the-job learning experiences while working on new-build and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors. You’ll build practical experience in structural analysis and design, developing engineering solutions in a range of materials and coordinating designs with the wider project team. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors, gaining a rounded understanding of how successful projects are developed and delivered.

What do I need to succeed?

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering
• I have A Level Maths and Physics
• I am available to start work full-time from September 2027
• I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship
• I am curious and eager to learn
