Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Structural Engineer at Ridge you will benefit from on-the-job learning experiences while working on new-build and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors. You'll build practical experience in structural analysis and design, developing engineering solutions in a range of materials and coordinating designs with the wider project team. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors, gaining a rounded understanding of how successful projects are developed and delivered.
