Ridge and Partners LLP in Liverpool is launching the Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme for recent Civil & Structural Engineering graduates. You will join as a Graduate Structural Engineer, gaining on-the-job learning on new-build and refurbishment projects while developing practical experience in structural analysis and design.

Across two years you’ll be mentored, with CPD opportunities and support to pursue your professional chartership.

Responsibilities

• Join Ridge's two-year Evolve graduate programme in Liverpool and gain on-the-job learning on new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Develop practical experience in structural analysis and design across materials and coordinate designs with the wider project team.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to understand how projects are developed and delivered.

Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Structural Engineer at Ridge you will benefit from on-the-job learning experiences while working on new-build and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors. You’ll build practical experience in structural analysis and design, developing engineering solutions in a range of materials and coordinating designs with the wider project team. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors, gaining a rounded understanding of how successful projects are developed and delivered.
