Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer in Norwich to kick-start your career in a consultancy delivering diverse UK projects—from residential developments to infrastructure. You will work alongside Chartered Engineers, gaining hands-on design experience and structured mentoring geared toward professional development.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • An eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Knowledge of structural design software is beneficial but not essential.

Graduate Structural Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Civil or Structural Engineering graduate to begin their career with a consultancy that delivers a wide variety of projects across the UK, ranging from residential developments to complex commercial, industrial and infrastructure schemes.

Working alongside experienced Chartered Engineers, you will gain hands‑on experience across all stages of the design process while receiving structured mentoring and support towards professional development.
